Steve and Johanna are the owners of Deck Detail, a family-run deck company. With 32 years of hands-on experience, they have built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service.

Steve brings technical knowledge and a strong business sense to the company. He holds a business and law degree from Northern Michigan University. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Johanna holds a Social Science degree from Michigan State University. Her background gives her a strong foundation in communication, organization, and customer relations. She makes sure the customer’s vision is understood and brought to life.

Together, Steve and Johanna combine craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer care. After 32 years in business, their mission remains the same: to deliver a quality experience to all customers.

TRAVIS ERPS

Travis is the office manager of our family-run business. He is the first and last contact with the company and is always there to answer questions and explain procedures.

Rob is a crew leader in our deck cleaning and sealing division. He brings years of experience and is committed to making your deck look the very best.

MIKE FALLON

Mike is the lead carpenter for Deck Detail. He and his team have a combined 65 years of construction experience. He brings a strong attention to detail and solid construction practices.
